Having an ILLiad account ensures that you will have secure access to information about your current and previous interlibrary loan transactions. By logging in to ILLiad, you will be able to view and track the status of any requests you've made, view electronically received journal articles, request book renewals, and review a list of items you have requested in the past.
Entering your personal information into the ILLiad system also means you will not have to supply this information again when making future requests. Having your current e-mail and regular mail addresses on file enables us to notify you promptly and deliver materials accurately when your request arrives in the library.
During registration, you will be asked to choose a username and password which you will use to log on to the ILLiad system in the future. ILLiad will encrypt your password, so it will remain secure.
Please use your MyNEU login as your ILLiad login (for example: r.smith or smith.ja).
